Dave Baugh 3rd Dan Black Belt ( The Coach )

Dave Baugh started his Taekwondo training at his home town of Doncaster. He went on to win his first trophy at the BTA (British Taekwondo Association) organised, Barnsely Open in 1987.

That same year saw Dave switch clubs where he was put in the hands of olympic coach, Master Gary Sykes. This was a good move for Dave and prepared him well for his next success when he won the BTCB junior british championship.

Dave received his Black Belt in the October of 1989 (1st Dan) and fought for the first time at international level. He made his National Team Debut in the December of 1989 when he was selected as a member of the Great British team to fight in Parks Pokal, Gemany

Other Statistics:-

National squad member from 1988 until 1996 - Won 36 trophies and titles in 15 years - 1992 gained 2nd Dan Black Belt - 2000 gained 3rd Black Belt - Qualified Class 3 Kyorugi Judge - Qualified Class 3 Technical Judge (Poomsae )

And at the ripe old age of 31 Dave is still competing and winning!!!!!
