Turn your body 90° to the left while sliding out with your left
foot forward into a Left High Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand
Low section Block

Right Front Kick followed by double punch o Execute a Right Front
Kick, step forward into a Right Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand
Middle section Punch. o Remain in Right Front Stance and execute
a Reverse-Left-Hand Middle section Punch (note: the kick and punches
should be executed in a continuous rapid motion)

Turn your body 180° to the right while pivoting on the ball of
your left foot into a Right High Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand
Low section Block

Left Front Kick followed by double punch o Execute a Left Front
Kick, step forward into a Left Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand
Middle section Punch. o Remain in Left Front Stance and execute
a Reverse-Right-Hand Middle section Punch (note: the kick and
punches should be executed in a continuous rapid motion)
5.
Turn your body 90° to the left while sliding out with your left
foot forward into a Left High Front Stance and execute a Right
Knife-Hand Strike(keep palm up).
6.
Move your right foot forward into a Right High Front Stance while
executing a Left Knife-Hand Strike (palm up).
7.
Turn your body 90° to the left, sliding your left foot forward
into a Left Back Stance and execute a singleLeft Knife-Hand Middle
section Block (inside to outside).
8.
Pivot to the left (on the ball of your right foot), sliding your
left foot forward and assuming a Left Front Stance while executing
a Reverse Right-Hand Middle Punch.(Note: The knife hand and the
reverse punch should be executed in rapid succession
9.
Turn your body 180° to the right ( pivot to the right on the ball
of your left foot) and slide you right foot forward into a Right
Back Stance and execute a single Right Knife-Hand Middle section
Block(inside to outside).
10.
Pivot to the right (on the ball of your left foot), sliding your
right foot forward into a Right Front Stance while executing a
Left-Hand Middle section Punch.
11.
Turn your body 90° to the left (pivot to the left on the ball
of your right foot sliding your left foot forward into a Left
High Front Stance while executing a Right-Hand Middle section
Block (outside to inside).
12.
Step forward with your right foot into a Right High Front Stance
while executing a Left-hand Middle section Block (outside to inside)
13.
Turn your body 270° to the left (pivot on the ball of your right
foot) and slide out with your left foot forward into a Left High
Front Stance and execute a Left-hand Low section Block.
14.
Right Front Kick followed by double punch o Execute a Right Front
Kick, step forward into a Right Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand
Middle section Punch. o Remain in Right Front Stance and execute
a Reverse-Left-Hand Middle section Punch (note: the kick and punches
should be executed in a continuous rapid motion)
15.
Turn your body 180° to the right (pivot on the ball of your left
foot) into a Right High Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand
Low section Block

Left Front Kick followed by double punch o Execute a Left Front
Kick, step forward into a Left Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand
Middle section Punch. o Remain in Left Front Stance and execute
a Reverse-Right-Hand Middle section Punch (note: the kick and
punches should be executed in a continuous rapid motion)

Turn your body 90° to the left while pivoting on the ball of your
right foot assuming a Left High Front Stance and simultaneously
execute a Left-Hand Low section Blockfollowed by a Reverse Right-Hand
Middle section Punch. (These two moves should be performed rapidly)
18.
Step forward with your right foot into a Right High Front Stance
and execute a Right-Hand Low section Block followed by a Reverse
Left-Hand Middle section Punch . (These two moves should be performed
rapidly)
19.
Left Front Kick, Left Hand Low section Block, Reverse Right hand
Middle Punch. o Execute a Left Front Kick step forward into a
Left High Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand Low section Block
o Maintaining the Left High Front Stance execute a Reverse Right-Hand
Middle Punch (Note: Kick, block and punch should be performed
rapidly)
20.
Right Front Kick, Right Hand Low section Block, Reverse Left hand
Middle Punch. o Execute a Right Front Kick step forward into a
Right High Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand Low section Block
o Maintaining the Right High Front Stance execute a Reverse Left-Hand
Middle Punch and Yell! (Note: Kick, block and punch should be
performed rapidly)
While
turning your body 180° to the left, pivot to the left on the ball
of your right foot and slide your left foot around behind the
right foot into a Ready Stance
