1.
Turn your body 90° to the left and assume a Left Back Stance while
executing a Left Knife-Hand Middle Block.
2.
Slide forward with your right foot assuming a Right Front Front
Stance and execute a Right Spear-Hand Middle Section Thrust (open
left hand with palm down is kept under right elbow).
3.
Turn your body 180° to the right pivoting on the ball of your
left foot into a Right Back Stance and execute a Right Knife-Hand
Middle Section Block.
4.
Slide forward with your left foot into a Left Front Front Stance
and execute a Left Spear-Hand Middle Section Thrust (open right
hand with palm down is kept under left elbow).
5.
Turn your body 90° to the left, assume a Left Front Stance and
execute a Left Knife-Hand High Section Block with a Right Knife-Hand
Strike (outside to inside - palm up).
6.
Execute a Right Front Kick stepping forward into a Right Front
Stance and execute a a Reverse Left-Hand Middle Section Punch.

Execute a Left Side Kick
8.
Step down and execute a Right Side Kick then step forward with
your right foot into a Right Back Stance and execute a Right Knife-Hand
Middle Block. Steps 7 & 8 should be performed in rapid motion
9.
Turn your body 270° to the left and assume a Left Back Stance
while executing a Left Hand Middle Section Block (inside to outside
blocking with the outer edge of the forearm).
10.
Execute a Right Front Kick, bring your kicking leg backwards while
sliding backwards on both feet assuming a Left Back Stance and
executing a Right-Hand Middle Section Block (outside to inside).
11.
Turn your body 180° to the right into a a Right Back Stance and
execute a Right Hand Middle Section Block (Montong Bakat Makki
- inside to outside palm out and blocking with the outer edge
of the forearm).
12.
Execute a Left Front Kick, bring your kicking leg backwards while
sliding backwards on both feet assuming a Right Back Stance while
executing a Left Hand Middle Section Block (Outside to inside
- wen montong ann makki).
13.
Turn 90° to the left and assume a Left Front Stance while executing
a Left Knife-Hand Strike outside to inside with the palm up and
striking at neck level.
14.
Execute a Right Front Kick then step forward with your right foot
assuming a Right Front Stance while executing a Right Back Fist
Strike .
15.
Turn your body 90° to the left assuming a Left High Front Stance
while executing a Left-Hand Middle Section Block (Outside to inside).
16.
Staying on the Left High Front Stance execute a Reverse Right-Hand
Middle Section Punch. Execute steps 15 & 16 in rapid motion
17.
Turn your body 180° to the right into a Right High Front Stance
and execute a Right-Hand Middle Section Block (outside to inside).
18.
Staying on the Right High Front Stance execute a Reverse Left-Hand
Middle Section Punch. Execute steps 18 & 18 in rapid motion.
19.
Turn your body 90° to the left assuming a Left Front Stance and
simultaneously execute a Left-Hand Middle Section Block (outside
to inside) quickly followed by a Reverse Right-Hand Middle Section
Punch and a Left-Hand Middle Section Punch.
20.
Slide your right foot forward into a Right Front Stance while
executing a Right-Hand Middle Section Block (outside to inside)
quickly followed by a Reverse Left-Hand Middle Section Punch and
a Right-Hand Middle Section Punch and YELL!
While
turning your body 180° to the left, pivot to the left on the ball
of your right foot and slide your left foot around behind the
right foot into a Ready Stance
