1.
Turn your body 90° to the left and assume a Left Front Stance
while executing a Left Hand Low Section Block.
2.
Bring your left foot back assuming a Ready Stance with body and
face turned to the left and rapidly execute a Left Hammer Fist
Strike.
3.
Turn your body 180° to the right, assume a Right Front Stance
and execute a Right-Hand Low Section Block.
4.
Bring your right foot back assuming a Ready Stance with body and
face turned to the right and rapidly execute a Right Hammer Fist
Strike.
5.
Slide your left foot forward into a Left Front Stance while executing
a Left-Hand Middle Section Block (outside to inside) quickly followed
by a Right-Hand Middle Section Block(outside to inside).
6.
Execute a Right Front Kick stepping forward into a Right Front
Stance and quickly executing a Right Back Fist Strike to the face
followed by a Left-Hand Middle Section Block(outside to inside).
7.
Execute a Left Front Kick stepping forward into a Left Front Stance
and quickly executing a Left Back Fist Strike to the face followed
by a Right-Hand Middle Section Block (outside to inside).
8.
Step forward with your right foot into a Right Front Stance and
simultaneously execute a Right Back Fist Strike to the face.
9.
Turn your body 270° to the left, assume a Left Back Stance and
execute a Left Single Knife-Hand Middle Section Block
10.
Step forward into a Right Front Stance while executing a Middle-Section
Right Elbow Strike. (left hand holds right back fist)
11.
Turn your body 180° to the right and assume a Right Back Stance
and -at the same time- execute a Right Single Knife-Hand Middle
Section Block.
12.
Step forward into a Left Front Stance while executing a Middle-Section
Left Elbow Strike. (right hand holds left back first)
13.
Turn your body 90° to the left and assume a Left Front Stance
while executing a Left-hand Low Block quickly followed by a Right-Hand
Middle Section Block (outside to inside)
14.
Execute a Right Front Kick, quickly step forward with your right
foot assuming a Right Stance and executing a Right-Hand Low Section
Block followed by a Left-Hand Middle Section Block (outside to
inside).
15.
Turn your body 90° to the left assuming a Left Front Stance and
simultaneously executing a Front Left-Hand High Section Block.
16.
Execute a Right Side Kick, step down into a Right Front Stance
and execute a Middle-Section Left Elbow Strike. (elbow strikes
right palm)
17.
Turn your body 180° to the right assuming a Right Front Stance
and simultaneously executing a Right-Hand High Section Block.
18.
Execute a Left Side Kick, step down into a Left Front Stance and
execute a Middle-Section Right Elbow Strike . (elbow strikes left
palm)
19.
Turn your body 90° to the left, assume a Left Front Stance, execute
a Left-Hand Low Section Block quickly followed by a Right-Hand
Middle Section Block (outside to inside).
20.
Execute a Right Front Kick, leap forward with your right foot
assuming a Right Cross Stance while rapidly executing a Right
Back Fist Strike to the face and YELL!
While
turning your body 180° to the left, pivot to the left on the ball
of your right foot and slide your left foot around behind the
right foot into a Ready Stance
