Step by step instructions
   
           

1. Turn your body 90° to the left,assume a Left Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand Low Section Block

2. Execute a Right Front Kick, bring your right foot back and slide your left foot backward into a Left Back Stance while quickly executing a Left-Hand Middle Section Block (inside to outside blocking with the outer edge of the forearm).

3. Turn your body 180° to the right, assume a Right Front Stance and simultaneously execute a Right-Hand Low Section Block.

4. Execute a Left Front Kick, bring your left foot back and slide your right foot backward into a Right Back Stance while quickly executing a Right-Hand Middle Section Blockinside to outside blocking with the outer edge of the forearm).

5. Turn your face 90° to the left and slide your left foot forward assuming a Left Front Stance while executing a Right Single Knife-Hand High Section Block (twisting your hip as you block)

6. Execute a Right Round Kick (Dolio Chaggi)

7. Step down with your right foot and slide your left foot forward into a Left Front Stance while quickly executing a Left-Hand Outside High Section Block (palm out)followed by a Reverse Right-Hand Middle Section Punch.

8. Execute a Right Front Kick, step forward with your right foot assuming a Right Front Stance and rapidly executing a Reverse Left-Hand Middle Punch.

9. Turn your body 180° to the right assuming a Right Front Stanceand quickly execute a Right-Hand Outside High Section Block (palm out) followed by a Reverse Left-Hand Middle Punch.

10. Execute a Left Front Kick, step forward with your left foot assuming a Left Front Stance and rapidly executing a Reverse Right-Hand Middle Punch.

11. Turn your body 90° to the left into a Ready Stance and -in slow motion- execute a Spread Low Section Block to the sides.

12. Slide your right foot forward assuming a Right Front Stance while executing a Left Single Knife-Hand High Section Block,twisting your hip to the right

13. Execute a Left Dolio Chaggi (Roundhouse Kick) and YELL!.

14. Step down with your left foot and turn your body 270° to the right, sliding out your right foot into a Right Front Stance and -at the same time- rapidly executing a Right-Hand Low Section Block.

15. Execute a Left Front Kick and quickly bring your left foot back behind the right foot sliding your right foot backward into a Right Back Stance while executing a Right-Hand Middle Section Block (Orun Montong Bakat Makki -inside to outside with the palm out).

16. Turn your body 180° to the left assuming a Left Front Stanceand rapidly executing a Left Hand Low Section Block(uen aree makki).

17. Execute a Right Front Kick and quickly bring your right foot back behind the left foot sliding your left foot backward into a Left Back Stance while executing a Left-Hand Middle Section Block (Uen Montong Bakat Makki -inside to outside with the palm out).

18. Turn your body 90° to the left into Left Back Stance while executing a Left Knife-Hand Middle Block.

19. Slide your left foot backward into a Right Back Stance while executing a Right Knife-Hand Middle Section Block

20. Slide your right foot backward into a Left Front Stance while executing a Left Palm-Heel Middle Section Block

21. Remaining on the Left Front Stance execute a Reverse Right-Hand Middle Section Punch.

22. Slide your left foot backward assuming a Right Front Stance and executing a Right Palm-Heel Middle Section Block

23. Remaining on the Right Front Stance execute a Reverse Left-hand Middle Section Punch. Slide your right foot backward assuming a Ready Stance
