executing a Left Palm-Heel Middle Section Block.

Execute a Left Front Kick, bring your left foot backward assuming
a Right Cat Stance while executing a Right-Hand Middle Section
Block(outside to inside).

Turn your face 90° to the left assuming a Left Back Stance and
simultaneously executing a Left Knife-Hand Low Section Block

Slide your right foot forward assuming a Right Back Stance while
executing a Right Knife-Hand Low Section Block.

Turn your face and body 90° to the left assuming a Left Cat Stance
and executing a Right Palm-Heel Middle Section Block (left fist
placed under right elbow with palm down).

Remaining on the Left Cat Stance quickly execute a Right Back
Fist Snap Punch to the face keeping the left fist placed under
the right elbow, palm down.

Turn your body 180° to the right into a Right Cat Stance and execute
a Left Palm-Heel Middle Section Block keeping the right fist placed
under the left elbow, palm down.
10.
Remaining on the Right Cat Stance quickly execute a Left Back
Fist Snap Punch to the face keeping the right fist placed under
the left elbow, palm down.

Turn your face and body 90°, slide your left foot next to your
right foot assuming Ready Stance - feet together while covering
your left fist with your right hand chin chin level.

Slide your left foot forward into a Left Front Stance while executing
a Scissor Block(Right Hand low Section Block, Left-Hand Middle
Section Block) and - keeping the Left Front Stance - Quickly execute
another Scissor Block (Left-Hand Low Section Block, Right-Hand
Middle Section Block).

Slide your right foot forward into a Right Front Stance and execute
a Scissor Block (left-Hand Low Section Block, Right-Hand Middle
Section Block) and - maintaining the Right Front Stance - quickly

Turn your body 270° to the left assuming a Left Front Stance while

Execute a Left Crescent Kick (wen Bakattari Chaggi) striking the
palm of your open right hand and then step forward with your left
foot assuming a Horseback Stance (Chuchumsoggi) while executing
a Left Elbow Strike to the palm of your right hand.
24.
Staying on the Horseback Stance execute a Left Single Knife-Hand
Middle Section Block.
25.
Slide your right foot forward into a Horseback Stance and execute
a Right Side Punch(Iop Chiriggi)while clenching your left fist
as if grabbing and pulling your opponent's arm and YELL!
Turn
your body 90° to the left into a Ready Stance.
